Richard came in the lobby of the suites in Auckland smiling! He kept doing that during this whole trip, and he did so many other things. He gave us the experience of a lifetime. We started to love New Zealand, you should be proud of this beautiful country, with a great variety of landscapes. Thank you Richard!!
